The property was really well located, just a short walk into town with lift access to the beach. The pool was great and there were a lot of pool chairs for guests. The property was very clean and housekeeping were very efficient. The breakfast buffet was very good!
At first the staff were a little difficult but they warmed up! The mattress was very uncomfy but housekeeping were able to provide a topper. The hotel only has a buffet and a bar where you can order small meals, so you need to go into town or down to the beach to have a nice meal. Beach chairs are not provided, you need to pay.

High quality of service in a very well appointed setting.
Location on the beach is amazing.
One thing which could be improved upon is the quality of the poolside sun loungers. A very small quibble!!

Location was great just 15 min walk to Alvor along the beach 👍 lift down to the beach a great assist to older people , salt water pool
Amazing & easy access to get in with hand rail
I think the rooms need a bit of of a lift especially the bathrooms a bit tired getting

Great location
In need of some modernisation. The rooms were ok but tired and the head high shelf is a hazard which both myself and wife hit our heads on.
The tennis courts were not available. And the hotel needs Padel courts.
Around the pool the decking was dangerous uneven and had screw above the surface. The seating was old and tired.
The staff were lovely and friendly.
