Staff was great. Bed and pillows were above expectations. Cleaning staff very good dealing with what they have to work with. Location was perfect.
Moldy sink behind faucet was gross. I'm mold sensitive so not happy to see that. Wear and tear suggests the upkeep isn't very often. I asked to cancel our last day when I checked in. Desk manager said we should do it the day we check out and that it was flexible. When checking out (different staff member) I was told i was late to cancel and could not get a refund. we went back and forth (professionally) and she decided to call her manager to check. Manager approved the cancellation.
