Their welcome for my dog was warm and genuine.
The staff in general were exceptionally friendly and helpful
The breakfast wasn’t to my taste

Location right in the centre of Caen
The exit/entrance from the car park - the access road was too narrow for 2 cars and the bend made it difficult to see if there was another car approaching

The hotel was very central with good parking facilities. Staff at reception were helpful and informative.
Good room and bathroom well equipped.
The bar service was abysmal! We waited 20 mins for a member of staff to attend and then gave up.
