The price was decent compared to staying closer to city centre. Friendly enough staff, no hassle. Good location. Plenty facilities around the area eg kids playground, plenty food and drink and laundry opposite. Enjoyed having a balcony. Bathroom had a tub as well as a shower
Pictures made it look bigger than it was. Some people wont like the trvael into centre but it wasnt too bad. Easy to find for taxis too

I like the room because it is practically equipped, as well as the balcony. Quiet area. Reasonably well-connected by public transport. There are restaurants in the area for a relaxing dinner after sightseeing in Paris. There are neighborhood shops and supermarkets with reasonable prices.
I was not informed how to enter the building to check in. There was no air conditioning; there was only a noisy and inefficient floor fan. An unpleasant smell was coming from the bathroom. The room is smaller than it appears in the photos or the description.

Friendly staff, close to public transport, comfortable bed
The fan was very noisy made it hard to sleep, air conditioning would be an added bonus
