Location. Very good to access most sightseeing spots easily. Clean
A bit cold with two single size comfort only. Following front desk instruction, did it myself but didn’t warm up. At my second request staff responded with dispatching technician but no help provided.

Comfortable, excellent city centre location.
Niggling little things didn’t work properly e.g. online menu for room service not operating so had to get guy on reception to print up a hard copy, teabags not replaced by chambermaid, reported this to reception but nothing done about it. These are only minor annoyances but shouldn’t be an issue in a four star quality hotel.

Staff were perfectly nice. Food at breakfast was good.
Very big hotel. Breakfast room gets very busy. Room was not well sound- proofed, we were disturbed by noise from outside.
