Fantastic location in Mitte, with everything within walking distance. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and attentive, always happy to help with even the smallest requests. A truly lovely experience. Highly recommended!

Good hotel in a good location
Door was broken and rooftop bar wasn’t open any of our nights. The floor was also very noisy after midnight

Great large room with living space
Rooftop bar was closed 2/3 nights

The location of the hotel was great & the cleanliness too. It would be nice if the coffee pods were replenished each day then we wouldn't need to buy our own for the room, but overall it was suitable. Dark but suitable
Very dark rooms & all round dark hotel. The rooftop bar was closed, but then opened on the Friday, so assumed weekend opening only but we weren't told that or much else on arrival. Restaurant empty. It just felt like a depressing hotel. Also check your bill. Automatic payment taken & then receipt sent to say I had been charged 4x late check out charge plus taxes.
