Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Convenient location and access to public transportation. Very good breakfast
Overall, the hotel is well maintained, but some additional modernization could make it an even better accommodation option in Vienna.

Versatile breakfast. Nice, positive staff. Good to have a fridge in the room. Convenient location close to two good tram lines. Quiet area with several grocery stores nearby.
A bit outdated. It is actually eco-friendly and sensible not to constantly renovate surfaces, but in some areas, small improvements could definitely be made to keep the rooms in good shape. For example, the sink drain plug didn't work and the door threshold to the bathroom was loose. The soundproofing between rooms wasn't great, but that is understandable given it's an old building.

Location was good for where we wanted to be. I knew there was paid parking, however, it is limited. We were fortunate to get space in the garage across the street. Breakfast was great as it had something for everyone.
Pillows are too soft. I like to have a firmer pillow, but overall the beds were comfortable.

It's a rather small hotel in a good location. A quite good breakfast was included. Kind personnel.
Rooms definitely need some renovation.
