We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The property is well-maintained and fulfills all requirements for a comfortable stay.
The best part is its location, superbly connected with all means of transport, which makes sightseeing and getting around the city effortless.
Special mention to the amazing room service and the exceptionally polite and professional staff who made our stay even more pleasant.
It’s truly worth every penny. Looking forward to staying here again on my next visit to Vienna.
There is honestly nothing to complain about everything was perfect.
P.S. They have a frameless glass shower cubicle which could be a best experience for a couple but a little awkward for a family.

The hotel is a good 30-minute walk to the city center but there's a metro line that can take you directly there. You can also use the tram to take you straight to the Central Train Station.
There was no fridge in the rooms which made it quite hard if you wanted to buy things that spoil.

Perfect location! Big, climatized room was great during the hot summer nights!
A bit dated. Not the most stylish. But nevertheless very well maintained and, most importantly, clean.

Location was good
No proper lighting in the room. No toiletries except shower gel. Cleaning only in 2 days. No coffee sachets in the room. No minibar. Some electrical plugs not working.
