Location was amazing and whilst we didn’t have a room overlooking the lake, we still had an excellent view from our balcony. We swam in the lake a short walk from the hotel.
The food was amazing. Breakfast was included and we also had lunch and dinner on different days. The kitchen is closed on a Monday but there are other restaurants a 10 min walk away.
The hotel is a 15 min taxi to Mt Pilatus and a 10 min flat walk to the train station.
We had a triple room with three single beds which were all very comfortable.
The staff we so friendly and couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. My room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the beautiful lake view from my balcony. There was a good selection at breakfast, which was a great way to start the day. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return.
There was nothing I didn't like, I wouldn't change anything.

It’s older facility, however very good maintained and very clean. Localisation and views are astonishing, lake and mountain’s with view for mount Pilatus.
Breakfast was standard, however very fresh and good quality.
Very helpful and nice stuff.
It’s personal feeling but pillows and mattress weren’t great
