We specifically booked a room with a balcony but it was so noisy from the traffic and also the balcony was too small to have chairs out there. As such we feel the room was very expensive against how it was advertised.

The rooms were spacious and had good sound insulation, despite the hotel's noisy location. Being directly opposite the train station could also be convenient for those travelling by train.
The photos on Booking.com do not accurately reflect the reality of this hotel. It is a rather mediocre property, with a cheap-looking, uninviting reception area and an overall atmosphere that falls well short of expectations.
The advertised parking is misleading. There is no convenient parking at the hotel, and it is extremely difficult even to stop briefly outside to unload luggage. Guests are directed to a rather poor nearby garage at an additional cost.
The hotel is situated on an extremely busy and noisy roundabout, directly opposite the train station. While the rooms are reasonably well soundproofed, the ventilation is poor.
Most disappointing was the attitude of the reception staff, who were neither welcoming nor particularly courteous. On one occasion, when I returned to the hotel and walked towards the elevators, a staff member shouted at me to stop, apparently assuming I was not a guest, before abruptly asking what they could help me with. This was inappropriate, disrespectful and completely unacceptable. There are far more professional ways to approach someone, whether they are a guest or not.
Overall, the hotel lacks the quality, atmosphere and hospitality suggested by its online presentation. I would not recommend staying here.

Location is very nice, connect to trains and subways. also the lounge and rooms are clean and comfort to stay. Also we didn't know how to close the bath tub firstly and called for help, although very late a male staff came to help very fast and solved the problem, that's really appreciated.
Reception staff ok I would say; helpful, did what they could do, but I would not give credit for their attitude. They answered your question, but not in a warm and friendly way. One thing that particularly bothered me was when we finished checked in, standing by the reception waiting for the male staff's confirmation cause we mentioned luggage storage is needed due to the room not ready yet, the male staff seemed like totally forgot about our prescence and chatted with his colleague, then after waiting for like 10 mins we asked is everything done, he raised up his head and like "obvisouly".

Great staff. Lovely roof top bar and restaurant. Very good breakfast included.
Noisy room both from the street and internally, needed decorating and it was supposedly an executive double. Very dark, no dressing table/mirror. Bad smell in the bathroom, shower didn’t drain. Located in an area that although centrally located for the station etc we did not feel safe to walk in at night. Huge piles of smelly rubbish everywhere.
