Great location for train station. Pleasant environment. Comfortable and calming feel.

Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of offerings. Hotel staff was very friendly. We were even able to check in a tad bit early. We were also able to leave our bags for a few hours after checking out as we didn't need to leave for the airport until 2pm or so. The hotel is a short walk to the main train station and it's also convenient to catch a brief Alibus/taxi/Uber ride to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.
Pretty small elevator so really can only fit 2-3 people with luggage in it. I liked the location for its convenience but some people might be turned off by the gritty nature of the neighborhood surrounding it. I didn't find it to be unsafe, just a busy Naples neighborhood.

Close to Napoli train station. Hotel is very nice, the rooms were a bit small but adequately spaced. The queen size bed on our first stay was very comfortable. The second time that we stayed in another room, the twin beds were not very comfortable. The corner that the hotel is on, seemed very safe but the Piazza Garibaldi, 2 blocks away was seedy. There is a nice restaurant called Da Donato one block away: reasonably priced and good food. It seems that a lot of locals eat there. Danielle at the front desk was wonderful, but the other woman the next morning was not so nice.
Nothing.

Paying €230 per night for a tiny room is highway robbery.
