I really loved the service and the hotel’s location. The interior and rooms are absolutely beautiful.
I felt like an aristocrat☺️
And the breakfast was delicious.

The Hotel is very well located. As an historic property it was lovely. Breakfast in the Cafe Bristol was very nice. Staff were very friendly and housekeeping was very attentive to details.
The fold out couch proved to be very comfortable for an adult to sleep on.
The shower in the Bristol Suite was very small, and there was no exhaust fan, just an open lattice panel at the bottom of the bathroom door for ventilation, but reduced privacy.

Location excellent
Concierge & Doormen very polite
Check in procedure was very long
Always queues at reception , gave up queuing on two occasions - staff abrupt

I had stayed at the hotel previously & loved it-I was disappointed on this occasion
The room was perfect
I was overcharged , paid booking .com & The Bristol hotel
The breakfast was expensive & disappointing-my wife asked for a vegetarian omelette & it contained ham
The staff were not very helpful
