Fantastic location, close to the city centre and metro. Breakfast was good with a varied choice of hot and cold food from a well stocked buffet.
The themed room was very novel and created a nice atmosphere.
The roof top bar area was an excellent place to finish the day off.
Not that we didn't like, but the room was a tired and required a little maintenance (paintwork and electrics).
There were a number of items that we reported to reception (electric issues with lighting and automatic curtain closing) which were not rectified during our stay.

Very good location.
Well appointed and sizeable bathroom.
Room was small and my request for a double was not given so had twin beds.
I question safety - no key lock on the elevator.
The pool was closed even though it was +30 degrees. I'll accept fault at not reading the small print.

Very good location near the Gran Via and access to many sights including the Royal Palace. Room was very nice with comfortable bed and accommodations . Breakfast was excellent with many selections.
I liked everything at this hotel and would highly recommend. No negatives.

Brilliant location and loved the living wall
The staff in the rooftop bar were rude and unwelcoming. Poor breakfast for the price
