The location, 1 day complimentary breakfast, clean rooms and the people who worked there
The room was really small for a king size room and wall to wall carpet makes me uncomfortable because of my allergies and I would personally prefer coffee machine instead of kettle.

Very close to Paddington train station and Heathrow Express. Very friendly staff, comfortable bed and complementary soft drinks, tea/coffee and biscuits.
My room was next to cleaners room so quite noisy during the day when I was trying to rest, however it was very quiet at night which was great.

Location was good. Staff were friendly
Rooms were tiny. Our bathroom was clogged and had an awful smell. Moved rooms to sister hotel where room was slightly bigger but still small. The hotel was also right next to Paddington station so you could hear every train going past.
