My room was incredibly comfortable and I was happy that air-con was available as I was unable to open the windows (and I always have my windows open, regardless of the weather).
My full breakfast was nice - the slice of bacon and mushroom were thin/hard and not particularly warm but other than that, it was tasty. I would say that your bread for scrambled eggs and toast is appalling and having seen it online and in person, I would never order it. I think in this day and age, to be offering cheap white bread that's barely toasted is not what I would expect from a MacDonald, and certainly not for the prices you are charging for the breakfast.

Heritage and the room itself was fantastic The cleanliness of the room and facilities in the room were fabulous. The room service each day was perfect. The reception staff went out of their way to be lovely.
The afternoon tea was appalling. There was no dinner or lunch service breakfast was by far the worst I’ve ever had. The outside steps on the handrail to our room was filthy, covered in bird droppings and gravel - the noise of the night time was disturbing
