Spacious rooms with great bathrooms. And location was perfect . Most of the staff were wonderful
The complicated bill and invoice while checking out . One of the staff members at concierge was quite rude in some comments he made that was not called for .

Great central location in Mayfair with many excellent restaurants and shops close by. Spacious room and bathroom with all amenities. I have been here several times this year, very friendly staff (the friendly lady at the reception - I forgot her name - recognized me as a repeat customer and gave me a great room and early check-in). In-room dining was also of excellent quality and fast.

The May Fair Hotel is in an excellent location, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant, helpful and professional throughout our stay.
For a 5-star hotel, we felt some of the service and attention to detail fell below expectations. There was no turndown service, no room slippers, limited amenities, and even no teaspoon provided for making coffee. Housekeeping was also inconsistent — on one occasion our room was only serviced around 5:30pm, and towels and the bathroom floor mat were not always replaced.
Most disappointing was that I had requested a surprise birthday arrangement for my daughter for our arrival, but unfortunately nothing was arranged. It was meant to be a special moment for her, so this was particularly disappointing.
