Great location for Victoria / Buckingham Palace Westminster area
It was dated and not very clean. Sheets and towels were clean but the rest felt like it needed a good steam cleaning. Noisy

Staff was nice
Needs a lick of paint inside, room 9 only had 1 curtain at the window, pillows were very flat and hard, not really worth the money
