The hotel location is super as you are within walking distance to the M2 metro line and the T1 tram line that gets you everywhere you need to go. The hotel, being in the historical city, is quite old, and it needs some renovation at least for the bathroom and the service. The staff was very kind and super helpful, and they try to do all the things they can to help you.
The rooms are quite small, and it does not completely match the pictures. The service is quite old, and there is no fan inside it.

Breakfast was buffet style and SUPERB!
The staff was helpful, kind and cheerful, they went out of their way to make our stay pleasant .
My only disappointment was the bathroom. The shower needed restoration badly. The shower walls needed caulking desperately.
Also keep in mind the room is on the smaller side and the closet is extremely small.

We had a lovely one-night stay at this hotel and really enjoyed our experience.
After checking in, we received a complimentary plate of mixed peanuts and a selection of Turkish delight, which was such a thoughtful and welcoming touch.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and had all the facilities we needed for our stay. The staff were also very friendly, welcoming, and lovely to talk to, which made us feel very comfortable.
Breakfast the following morning was really enjoyable, with a good variety of food to choose from. There was also a lovely lady preparing fresh omelettes to order, which was a particularly nice touch.
The breakfast restaurant is located on the top terrace, so you can enjoy some lovely views of Istanbul while having your breakfast. It made the morning feel even more special.

The location was absolutely fantastic. Few mins away from the M2 line and a short 5 min walk to the main T1 tram line which gets you to Sultanhamet in under 20 mins.
Lots of eating and shopping options nearby
The room was a bit small but expected. However there was no shampoo or conditioner provided and only a few bars of soap. The air conditioning didn't work for 2 of out the 5 nights and because of the noise outside on the street you can't keep the window open. After the AC was fixed we couldn't control the temperature, only the fan speed.
Breakfast was decent but limited in terms of options. Preferred going outside for breakfast instead.
