I needed to stay in Central London and found the perfect hotel. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make one feel welcome. My room was both stylish and very comfortable.
Nothing!

Clean quiet modern room, personal birthday card and drinks vouchers were a nice surprise.
room was a bit small

the room used for breakfast is actually the bar area. there are no specific dining tables but a series of small round tables that you would normally see in a bar. if there were 4 sharing a table it is extremely tight.
the first room was incredibly small. the smallest hotel room i've ever seen. we were offered an alternative in the lower ground which didn't have a window but was more standard in size
