Location to the airport
We were placed on the top floor in the furthest corner possible, last room on the corridor!!! Longest walk to the lobby. Yet paid $350/night! Also felt a bit interrogated at the restaurant because we didn’t have a reservation. Arrived at 9p and the place was empty!!!!

Fantastic location and a beautiful, elegant room and lobby. We needed to have a convenient location since we were traveling on an early flight after staying in Lake Como. This was just perfect. A train trip directly to the hotel and then an escalator ride right to the hotel. Worked out perfectly. Very nice place.
I was eaten alive by mosquitos in the room. And those Milanese mosquitos do not mess around. Not sure the hotel had anything to do with it but be advised and use some sort of repellent if you're smart.

Excellent location, but almost everything else raises serious questions — 5/10
This is an airport hotel. After a long journey, when all you want is to reach your room and rest, it is very strange to face such a long check-in procedure and wait so long just to receive your room key.
If the hotel wants to inform guests about additional services, it can simply send the information by email together with a link for online pre-registration. But making guests stand in a queue for 30 minutes is unacceptable today—especially at an airport hotel, where passengers stay specifically to rest before or after a long flight or journey.
And what is this deposit of 100 supposed to be today? I do not encounter this practice in other reputable hotels—only at Sheraton properties. It feels insulting to the guest and immediately destroys any sense of trust or loyalty.
Reaching the room requires walking through an extremely long corridor. But the distance is not even the main problem: the corridor is covered with thick, heavy carpet, which makes it almost impossible to roll a suitcase. You are already exhausted, your room is at the far end of an endless corridor, and then you have to drag your suitcase across this terrible carpet.
The room itself was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom. However, there was a small stool in the bathroom placed on a slippery floor. If someone steps on it awkwardly, it can slide away, which could result in a serious accident.
The shower was broken. Water was leaking from the connection point, creating two separate streams, which made it practically impossible to shower properly. When I reported the problem at reception, nobody even apologised. I am not even talking about offering any kind of gesture or amenity to compensate for the inconvenience—there was not even a simple apology.
The hotel feels completely soulless and impersonal, despite the relatively high room rate and the total absence of genuine care from the staff.
