The breakfast had a great selection and was so tasty. The staff super helpful and friendly. The elderly lady at the front desk, very chick was so friendly and helpful with any question we may have had. This was our 2nd stay at this property and I can highly recommend it.

Location is convenient if you’re heading out on a cruise.
The restaurant was closed but they did bring in prepared food for breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent, the quality and variety of food choices exceeded our expectations of a continental breakfast.
Hotel location is perfect, lots of activities and dining options within walking distance, no need for a car or taxis.
We arrived from the airport prior to regular check in time. The room assigned to us was not ready, however staff went to the effort of checking other rooms, found one that was ready and swapped rooms for us. You might say well that’s no big deal but, the point is they didn’t have to do that. They could have simply have said, sorry your room isn’t ready and left it at that. After a 9 hour overnight flight and an hour car ride we were exhausted and ready to put our feet up for a while. That little extra effort was appreciated.
I can’t really think of anything I didn’t like.

Located next to promenade and lots of cafes and bars. Room was large for a European hotel.
Bathroom in disrepair. Mold n corners and rusty shower. Water Luke warm for the shower in the morning. Towels were very thin and pillows were not comfortable.
