It was close to everything we needed
Very old and steep stairs on entry with no ramp for luggage

The bistro was good, helpful staff were friendly and professional, and location of the hotel was good.......
The air conditioner did not work correctly, the stairway up to the bed was too steep and unsuitable for older guests, mould in the bathroom needs eliminating, unable to open the external door to let fresh air in, the carpet needed cleaning...........

Staff was very helpful with arrangements for shuttle service to the port and cruise ship.
Rooms are very outdated and basic. Musty smells. Bathroom sink was leaking on to the floor. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was disorganized and not well prepared.
