As with our visit 4 days earlier everything went well as expected. On this occasion we chose not to take breakfast but this is not a reflection of our previous experience, just that we were in a hurry and did not have time.
Nothing really.

Cheap and close to Tesla superchargers, Cheap breakfast option of a Coffee & a pastry.
Locked gates to car park during the night. Easy to get to from the ferry port.
McDonalds next door, but didn't open until 9.30.
Having 2 ibis hotels next to each other, we went to the wrong one (the other one has the Tesla superchargers)

Convenient location for the cross channel ferry at Caen. Secure parking. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. A couple of restaurants nearby
No aircon. One of the hottest nights of the year and there was a power cut. But it is a budget hotel

Reception staff was very helpful
Bedroom felt a bit like a hospital room - but it was clean, comfortable and quiet
