A lovely hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, yet within a 20–30-minute walk of the main attractions.
The staff were absolutely wonderful: incredibly kind, friendly, and always happy to help with any requests or questions. A special thank you to the whole team!
Breakfast was good. The selection wasn’t huge, but there was more than enough to start the day off right. Everything was tasty, with both savory options and pastries available.
I also really liked the room itself. It was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed, including a kettle with tea, a safe, and a very comfortable bed.
My favorite part was definitely the private terrace overlooking the rooftops of the neighboring buildings. Such a lovely touch!
I Really Enjoyed My Stay!
The only downside for me was that when I first entered the room, I noticed a slight smell coming from the carpet. However, after a while, I either got used to it or perhaps the room just needed a bit of airing out. I also would have appreciated having slippers in the room, but these are really minor details.

The decoration is very nice, bed and pillow very comfortable.

Good location - away from the busiest districts but very accessible by metro.
The pictures make this hotel look very upscale with modern and brightly decorated rooms. However, upon arrival the room they had arranged for us was nothing like the one I had booked. While the additional space in the room we ended up with was nice, they set up a sofa bed as the second bed (instead of the room I specifically booked with two twin beds). This is not a comfortable option for 5 nights and is not what I paid for. I deliberately avoid these types of rooms based on past experiences. The pictures online were nothing like what our room looked like. It was dingy dark grey/brown with marks on the walls and a smell as though it had at one time been a smoking room. The sheets did not appear clean. When I told them my concerns they said it must have been a mistake in the system however they had hand written me a welcome note in the room which made it appear that they had intentionally put us there. They offered to move us the next day which meant packing up again and checking out in the morning and having to leave our bags at the front which was not convenient at all. So we just stayed put and ended up splitting the king bed into two beds ourselves and replacing the dirty sheets on our own with extras from the sofa bed. We asked for fitted sheets for the split beds but were provided with a comforter instead and an extra flat sheet to change ourselves. The next day housekeeping came in and changed the towels and pulled the comforters up but it looked like that was all that was done. Despite the obvious change to the bed set up and awkwardly fitting sheets, this was not addressed by the housekeeper. Used cups were left on the desk and we had to ask for clean ones specifically. They offered us free drinks for the inconvenience of the room issue but when we went to use them we were told that they were waiting for the bartender to arrive in a few minutes when we went back we were told that actually the bar was closed today.
