An absolutely wonderful discovery in Vienna! ❤️
I live in Switzerland and am accustomed to high standards of luxury, comfort and hospitality. This hotel genuinely impressed me in every way.
The location near Schönbrunn Palace is beautiful, the atmosphere is peaceful and elegant and the wellness facilities are fantastic. As someone who trains regularly, I particularly appreciated the exceptionally spacious fitness room, its excellent selection of cardio machines and the lovely green views.
But the greatest luxury here is the kindness of the staff!
A very special thank-you to Mr. Robert, who personally helped me resolve a heating issue in my room late in the evening. His professionalism, patience and genuine care were exceptional.
My heartfelt appreciation also goes to the wonderful Ceren, who kindly allowed me to extend my checkout until 1 p.m. free of charge.
I was absolutely speechless when I discovered that Robert and Ceren are best friends! Two beautiful souls who truly understand the meaning of hospitality.
I stayed for only two nights, but this experience will remain in my heart. I sincerely hope the management recognizes these extraordinary employees.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. The only minor inconvenience was an initial issue with the heating in my room, which was resolved quickly and professionally by the wonderful Mr. Robert.
My only real regret is that I could stay for just two nights! I would have loved to enjoy this beautiful hotel for much longer.

Nice clean and light room, location was perfect for our purpose and the staff were exceptionally helpful arranging the transfer to the airport.

Clean modern room standard facilities nice comfortable, trams on the door step
Far from centre, no restaurant for meal other than breakfast, poor breakfast choices, no shops/ cafes nearby, not a great area, looks a bit rough. Staff lied about there being no airport train to try to get us to book taxi
