Location was excellent, easy to walk to shops, bars, amazing food.
the safe didn't work, or was difficult to figure out.

Location and despite being in the middle of town it was quiet at night.Staff friendly and helpful
More plug sockets and a bit more light in the room would have been good.

Fantastic location to explore Old Town Phuket, lovely staff, room decor tasteful, comfy bed,
Cleaners noisy in the morning (this is why we only stayed one night) lots of banging about and loud talking. The pool is very disappointing and shabby. We booked for 3 nights, but stayed 1.
