Very pleasant staff. Elevator! Clean in the room. Wi-Fi did not work well in our room, after a complaint, we were moved to another room within 15 minutes. Quiet street, while there is a bakery, a cafe nearby, 5 minutes to the center.
the entrance is locked, every time you have to press the bell and wait for them to open

The hotel and my room was very clean and tidy. It was a very comfortable stay.
The breakfast was poor. I would rather go for a breakfast somewhere else.

Location was good
Parking was sparse and entry required knocking to get in

The rooms had very little of sockets, you could hear noise from all the rooms around

Great location, nice staff. Hot showers.Good for an overnight stop to Faro airport.
Basic rooms, similar to a hostel, but adequate for an overnight stop. For the price , we got what we paid for. Bed wasn't very comfortable, but it was OK. No parking, but we easily managed to get a space right outside the hotel. (December visit)

Clean and quiet accommodation. Excellent location for business or tourist attractions. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good continental breakfast and I liked that rolls were individually wrapped. Plentiful choice of fruit too. Lovely freshly made coffee on request.
No wifi in room 101 although I did connect the router ( it was unplugged on arrival). I also asked at reception if the issue could be resolved but the desk clerk was unable to help. He said he would pass on the complaint but nothing was done during our stay. No alternatives were offered either. Frustrating when I wanted to communicate using wifi.

Everything was OK, nothing exceptional. Good value for the price.
Plastic on the bed under the sheet, leaking water in the shower. You have to ring everytime you are getting back to the hotel as the door is closed and you don’t have the key.

Location. The hotel is basic but you get what you pay for. Had a small balcony. Room was bright and clean. Staff is friendly.
We have to leave the key everytime you go out. Also a bit of flexibility in checkout would have been good and helpful.

Close to town centre and very clean.
Breakfast was poor sadly.

good location - very handy for the airport
5.0
It was close to the airport and train station which was why I chose the place.
The place is obviously a former handicap, hospice hospital. The bathroom was as large as the living space, a full-scale handicap, hospital, hospice bathroom. It was rather uncomfortable to use as regular person. I nearly poked my eye out a few times on the 1 foot long metal handle for operating the faucet whenever I leaned over the sink, it was meant for someone sitting in a wheelchair to reach. The shower curtain was just a piece of thin cloth surrounding the shower head and it kept sticking to me the entire time I was showering. Every move I made in the shower I would bump into something that would turn off the water or poke me, because I was standing, not sitting in wheelchair. It was a bizarre experience.

Staff were courteous. Very close to the centre. Decent AC.
* shower intermittently ran hot and cold
* Bed linen not changed during stay ( just made bed.
* Fridge in the room very noisy and not needed
* External noise even with window closed as well as noisy building throughout night and day.
* And so overpriced for what we were offered, only two stars.

It was a Hotel that accepted check ins after midnight. Proximity to train station.
Couldn't find our reservation. Very slow check in. Shower nozzle broken. Breakfast was served in a plastic bag with pre-packaged items. Overpriced. Felt like a Hostel/Dormitory room.

Amazing staff tried their best to make our stay comfortable.
Breakfast was pre-packed because of Covid restrictions but chief was very helpful with picking up some tasty extras.
Location is close to tourists landmarks and surprisingly quiet.

Room was bright and comfy and clean, relatively quite. Staff were friendly and breakfast option good.
Garden area we looked out upon could have been tidier. Bathroom was a little tired and dated but was clean and functional.

The room was very spacious and comfortable and so was the bathroom, everything was new and clean. The staff were incredibly nice and the breakfast, although we had to eat in the rooms because of Covid restrictions, was quite filling and I enjoyed it a lot. The location is also perfect since Faro is such a small city you can walk anywhere quickly.
The wifi was very slow, that was the only issue I found with this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff and nice breakfast (even though it was takeaway only). Room was fairly small but adequate with balcony.
One of the electrical sockets in room was loose with wires coming out.

Nice location, and just walk a little bit and then you will go to the downtown.
They have the air conditioner and small refrigerator. The price is including breakfast and very nice.
