Hotel is in a fantastic location with ample parking and great access into the village and the lifts.
The food and dining area is exceptional.
The rooms are a little bit dated and there are no facilities for making coffees or hot drinks in the room.
Neither of these things are a real issue, but having a little kettle in the room would’ve been nice.

The overall experience has been in line with my expectations in terms of room and food quality. A positive surprise the opportunity to reach the ski area by using the public skibus that as a stop just outside hotel facilities
Facilities management is carried out by owner family, with all the positive and negative outcomes that such direct and personal relationship could imply. Nothing really bad or impactful, unless you forget to get back your IDs after check in and the person during check out isn't aware of the fact that customers' IDs are still in hotel desk... with the result that the customer leaves the hotel without his own personal identification documents. Something that can't really happen and is a clear sign of lack of customer care procedures in place. Not to mention the fact that the customer has to realize by himself he lost his documents and call the hotel to have news about them...!
