The room was clean and had everything we needed. The host, Eleonora is really nice. She let us check in earlier and check out a bit later than we were expected to.
We also used the shared kitchen to cook our own dinner, which was a great plus.
The bathroom was a bit small, but still practical.
As almost always in Italy in these kind of facilities, breakfast has a very limited (italian-based) choice.
