We stayed six nights for my husband's 50th birthday, and the service at Hôtel de Nell feels truly personalized.
Jennie and Mathieu took wonderful care of us before and during our stay — helping with reservations, great suggestions, and even having the room decorated for his birthday. There was champagne waiting on arrival, and when I asked for a birthday cake, they arranged a wonderful cake! The whole team is always nice, polite, friendly, and ready to help.
Great location in the 9th arrondissement. We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel.

This is a beautiful small hotel. Everything about it including the exceptionally kind and helpful staff, was just fantastic.
Nothing= except that we couldn’t stay longer.

Beautiful boutique hotel , immaculate rooms , super comfortable beds , very gracious staff
Staff helped us to book dinner at a restaurant , upgraded our room and gave great recommendations
Thank you so much

Good location. Staff were really lovely. Bed was extremely comfortable and room one was great, particularly for Paris which is known for teeny rooms
For a hotel rated 5 stars, I’d expect a lot more.. minimal facilities and a thrown together spa (masseuse was reallyyyy lovely though. No ambience in the lobby, bar, relaxation areas. Average breakfast even though staff were 10/10… It felt like the hotel was just ticking boxes in order to get the 5 star rating..
Mouldy showers, stained bench tops. a lot of worn walls and floors which were chipped, missing coverings, stains on curtains. The service laundry always left in our hallways during the day.
If this hotel was rated 4 stars, I would be fairer in my comments, however you can’t claim 5 stars when it’s far from it..
