Close to train station, for one night that i needed it was perfect. Lovely service, so nice and they have tea available downstairs as well as snacks, complimentary. Breakfast was great, huge variety and great value for the price too. Room was small but nice, loved it
Being next to train station makes neighbourhood a bit more sketchy, but not hotel’s problem.

Staff was super helpful and friendly especially Ann.
The coffee machine at breakfast does not make good coffee, cappuccino etc

The staff is so friendly. Breakfast was fantastic.
We didn’t like needing to request maid service.

The room was nicely decorated in modern/contemporary style and the location was good, less than 15mins walk from Gare du Nord station.
The air conditioning unit was broken, warm air was coming out instead of cool air - the room temperature was hotter than outside, and it very unpleasant to sleep at night time as we had to open the windows, which facing the main street with lots of noises and police/ambulances sirens throughout the night.
We notified the front desk on the first night but no one responded back, mentioned again the next morning to the reception, and was told an engineer will take a look at it (day 2), but never did...
