The room was not only cute, but also extremely clean! The Executive Double had a bathtub, which was wonderful for soaking away the fatigue from walking around the city and visiting museums. Hot water—always a concern in Paris hotels—was never an issue and worked perfectly.
The staff were all so kind, and it was reassuring to be able to contact them via chat, as they always responded right away! The location was fantastic, and I would love to stay here again.
The only minor downside was that the walls seemed a bit thin; on the first night, I could hear the voices of the men in the next room fairly clearly, which made it a little hard to fall asleep…

The location is amazing, the staff were excellent. The hotel itself was really cute, and the rooms were lovely and clean with quaint decor.
I thought the room was great but my older mum thought it was too small and also she struggled either way the hand held shower and small bathroom.

location is amazing, super well positioned. Service and personal was super super friendly.
Room was very very small. Also the flooring are oldschool tiles, which made the entire room less cozy / warm.
Plus the A/C can only be arranged with a remote control from the service desk downstairs, so you can regulate it yourself, you need to call in roomservice to regulate the temprature in the room.

Clean, location and customer service from staff.
It was a bit small and expensive for what it was. I was expecting a hotel for 4 star. Wouldn't stay again but it was nice
