The staff went above and beyond to attend our needs. We were there on October 15th during the heavy rains and they arrange a taxi to pick us up when we got trapped under the rain in the city. I am deeply grateful as we were stranded with all other forms of transportation collapsed
Loved the breakfast. The hotel cat is a sweetheart. The room was comfortable and clean with a view to Galata bridge and tower

The staff are amazing. Love them all. Room was so spacious and the hotel location is so central to public transport. Some great local eateries and shops. A genuine local area hotel
