The rooms were actually great. Spacious, comfy beds, air conditioning was fabulous. Bathrooms were small but functional. We liked being a bit further out of the main busy area and close to Termini.
The outside of the building looks sketchy. Was hard to find initially. Too many codes and numbers made it tricky to navigate the building.

Great location and very tidy room. Great shower and comfortable bed also.
Some issues with the keypad opening the apartment door.

Great central location close to the train station.
It took over an hour to connect to wi-fi because the information was wrong. Also our water shut off in the morning. The coffee maker did not work. Thermostat was in Chinese with no instructions. When the heat came on, there was a burnt dust smell. There were too many codes to get in.
