Location was superb.
Everything except location. This apartment is very ugly, dirty and dust was everywhere.
This is not fault of the lady who is responsible for cleaning because its highly need for renovation - in current condition staying there is a really bad and sad experience. All furnitures and devices are covered by dust and smell like cats lived there before.
Also staircase was full of trash bins and smelly.
It was one of the worst experience we have ever had. I cannot recommend other people to stay in there.

great location
it is 60 steps up a winding staircase, with no lift access. it hasn’t been decorated in several years. black marks on the walls, very easy to rectify

Fantastic location and value for money!
Washing machine wasn’t working on our stay, but there’s plenty of laundromats close by.

the location was perfect and the host Giuliana was wonderful and responsive. it was her first day managing this unit and she did her absolute best.
the apartment is on the 3 floor without a working lift. the apartment was smaller and less bright than pictured. the bedroom has a wet and musty smell. we had to ask them to come clean again after arriving. we also found ants both in the bathroom and in the living room on the sofas. it felt like the air con was weak but it was very hot outside.

Location was the only thing I liked
Very unclean, dirty sheets, dirty blankets, mold everywhere on the pillows and bed. ( got horrible rash and allergy because of it) The bathroom was also very unclean. Hated old smelly towels. Honestly not worth it!

Beautiful alternative decoration.Very good location.Clean cosy and spacious main room.
No elevator.63 steps.Small bedroom. The guy that waited for us was a bit bored and rude.(Is this the usual way italians treat the tourist?)

The apartment was good, italian style, you can feel yourself a little bit of italian) the place situated in superb location, you have view of a little square and a head of a church, place is quiet but make a few steps and you are situated in a busy street full of people, cars, bars and restaraunts. I like that place and maybe come back again.
I am 185 cm and 100 kg, so I really dont like the size of shower, it was hard to me to wash myself with comfort. Didnt like the bed matras and a lot of dust in a main room when the sun was shining.

Great location, nice and friendly hostess, Roman atmosphere.
The elevator is out of order. For an elder person it can be a problem

Best place from all that I’ve been to while in Rome, awesome localisation, very nice and helpful owner, and the apartment was clean, spacious and well designed. I can highly recommend it for city break or a longer stay in Rome.

Located in a great part of Rome, very central and can walk to everywhere. Host was great and the apartment was very clean. Let us check in early and leave our bags for an extra few hours on checkout day. Apt is a bit dated and could do with just a few basics like washing powder, olive oil, etc that an apartment should have.

The location was great and quiet: 5 minutes to the bus stop, many attractions within walking distance. AFIF showed us everything in detail in the apartment and explained Rome’s highlights. We were surprised by the “starter package” for breakfast.
The furnishings is getting a bit long in the tooth. Drawers were sluggish and the fridge front was loose. The dishes were old-fashioned and partly thrown together. Bummer. At a Swedish store you could have bought well for little money.

No breakfast, location very good. Lots of stairs for carrying luggage up.
Info on local area was not very clear and mostly related to the other Navona appartments. Could definitely improve this and make it much more personal
Wifi didn't work for 3 of the 4 days which was disappointing.
