Great location at about 7 mins walk from main train station and bus stop. Shops nearby for supplies if you are on a budget and the beds were very comfortable even though the rooms are on the small side.
Only one combined toilet with a shower for many guests made it difficult to access the toilet first thing in the morning when people were getting showered. They really could do with a spare separate toilet. Shared utensils were very spares (few cups for coffee or tea) . The free coffee advertised was only available in a separate building where the reception is located, we were in the annex a short walk down the street (the outdoor communal area was also located there)

The location was very good for the price. Breakfast not included. Room was clean and calm
My bed didn't have a plug next to my head, sometimes people confuse beds (beds are not numbered) but not a big deal.

The pillow are very thick and the bed itself is comfortable to sleep on. The location is ideal just 5 mins away from Rome Termini.
The toilet was very dirty and we felt uncomfortable using it all the time. There is only one bathroom for 3 dorms meaning that there are approximately 12-16 people who have to share only one bathroom and with the lock down period of 10:00-15:00, it means that in the morning it is a race to get there and be able to shower before having to leave. Also, for us we travelled around a lot so the lock-in period was not really an issue but I can understand why someone who wants to come to rest might find this annoying. Overall, the hostel is fine if you do not stay there for too long and if you travel a lot during the day and only go back for sleeping or using it as a connection to get to places.
