Fantastic location, walking distance to Piazza Navona and pantheon and many wonderful restaurants. Still quiet and residential.
The apartment is located up four flights of stairs, there is no elevator.

Location was exceptional for our Rome stay, very close to the Vatican area, and easy walking to some of the major attractions. Bus around the corner gave us access to the remainder of the city. We loved the local vibe, and restaurants pretty much outside our door
Access and communication, we arrived a little early and it took several attempts to get the host to respond even though we had said we would be early. We got our luggage stored and commenced our holiday in Rome. No windows in the Studio, and bathroom was internally located upstairs, a little tricky for a late night rest stop. Entrance to the apartment was over planks of wood due to renovations going on next door we think

Amazing positioning! As you step out of the apartment you are literally on a road that leads to the Vatican City in one direction and the Pantheon the other. And the streets around are lined with beautiful shops and trattorias. The apartment was a lovely mix of traditional Italian and more modern features. Our host met us in person, showed us around and ensured we were happy with the facilities. There were even a selection of cold drinks waiting for us in the fridge- much needed in a heatwave in Rome in August! The air conditioning was a god send and having a washing machine and detergent was very helpful during travelling. Would not hesitate to stay again in the future.
The steps up to the flat are quite narrow and uneven- traditionally Italian! Termini station is a fair distance but this is rewarded by being in a far nicer part of Rome.

Excellent location in central Rome, very near to the Pantheon and Spanish Steps. Apartment itself was clean and well-furnished, the air conditioning was good. Our host was welcoming and very good about fixing the issues we encountered upon arrival and very nice giving us advice on where to visit and eat etc.
The location shown on booking.com is the office of the company, not the actual apartment location, although the actual location is still in central Rome. When arriving we were instructed by someone through WhatsApp to meet them at an address (which we had not previously been given). We arrived at the agreed time, however the address did not look like the entrance to a holiday apartment (a pair of enormous green doors), and there was no one there to greet us. We were concerned while waiting that we may have been scammed, and that the apartment did not exist, however after speaking to the person on WhatsApp, and calling Booking.com, we returned to the entrance and the host had arrived to let us in. It would have been easier if the host had explained the check-in procedure earlier on, so that we knew what to expect, or had allowed us to collect the keys from an office (opposed to a WhatsApp message gone midnight on the night before arrival, which did not explain how we would get in). After the host had left we discovered the balcony door wouldn't shut so had to call him back. The toilet had a temperamental flush.
