Nice location in Mostar with clean and comfortable rooms. The buffet breakfast was very well presented with many choices.
There was parking., but a bit of a challenge on a steep hill.

The receptionist who welcomed us was fantastic! So helpful. Made sure our room was cleaned fast so that we could have our room before check-in time. He also gave us advice on where to withdraw cash without high fees.
We also had a nice view from our room!
The receptionist in the evening and in the morning seemed bored.
The indoor pool was very cold for swimming in October.

The hotel is conveniently close to the city, although situated on top of a hill. The room was clean, the breakfast was acceptable, and nearby parking was available.
The room still had a noticeable cigarette smell, and the balcony contained a full ashtray.

Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room upgrade was much appreciated. The massuse called Medina was lovely and helpful. Was really convenient to have hair salon at the spa and enjoyed the wash and blowdry.
The location was on steep incline and i wish i saw reviews that stated this. It is a tiring walk from the stari bridge even though its minutes away, it’s a workout every time you come back up. Shame there were no toiletries in the bathroom - for a spa hotel which is pretty high up from local stores I would expect them to have this especially in an apartment room. The breakfast and lunch menu leaves more to be desired and a majority of it is cold food. If it runs out or they just don’t have it at the time and you ask for it, it’s tough luck. Bed is stiff, didn’t sleep well unfortunately. No iron in the hotel at all, they charge to take your items to be ironed as part of laundry service, this should have been specified in the room details. I believe they don’t have a conventional iron its more of a steam machine as they couldn’t get the creases out my clothes and had to send back few times, it also meant they didn’t want to take risks with ironing thin items due to risk of damage - the clothes i had were super creased and needed to be ironed so this was really disappointing as i was still charged. If they simply bought one iron and kept it centrally they could simply hand out to those who need it. Its the small things that make a big difference given the standard of this hotel.
