Location. Staff.
The bathroom gets flooded at every shower and the floor is dangerously slippery.

A beautiful property w the lovely smaller bridge. And a good restaurant to top up the experience with great cuisine.
Nothing serious, good to hv a heater in the bathroom.

Great location, excellent hospitality.

Phenomenal staff and great location
Rooms are very noisy with minimal sound proofing. Hallways are directly accessible from the main city walkways, so there's increased foot traffic, and you can hear everything with basic wooden does that don't have full seals.
There were hairs left from previous guests in the bathroom, and the shower soaps where empty. The internet went out during our stay as well.
