Great location. Cleaned every day. Self check in easy to do and worked well.
Building work going on in other parts of building and scaffolding although apart from bit of dust and paper coverings in the stairs really didn’t cause us any problems.

The location was excellent for both my work and our vacation. The room was very clean and everything worked well. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Highly recommended.
They were doing some renovation (painting) to the building so some scaffolding outside our room. But a minor distraction and very temporary.

Excellent location, just a 2-minute walk from St. Stephen's Church. The room was comfortable, and the bed and pillows were perfect for a good night's sleep, supportive without being too firm or too soft. I also appreciated having an elevator. The hotel is housed in a charming historic building with plenty of character. The staff were friendly and helpful. Luggage storage is available, but it is handled at their office located about 5 minutes away on foot.

Central location right next to Stephensplatz.USB ports for our mobiles(a big plus)Room had been cleaned well despite dusty atmosphere..Facilities okay.Nice wee touches like sweets, tea, coffee.
Room was small for two.Building is undergoing work so our window was covered by scaffolding.A dusty atmosphere in the room.Outside on landings dirty and dusty.
