- Spacious & nice apartment in a very good location.
- EXCELLENT beds, mattresses, plenty of good quality pillows. Slept extremely good!
- Good communication with the host
- Washing machine & dryer available
- Kitchen infrastructure is very limited (which is a bit weird given that the rest of the apartment is spacious and equipped). Especially the fridge is too small and comparable to a hotel room fridge. There is plenty of space to put a decent fridge and decent oven, which would be a great upgrade!! ( together with some additional kitchen utensils )
- Older building = older sewage system.
- The tram in the street can be noisy for some people.

Safety of the property.
There was an incident during our stay.
Also some incidents with the water that needed reparation during the stay.

Fantastic apartment. Good location. Spacious!!
Like previous reviewers have mentioned, not enough glasses, culinary etc. Aldo note that the AC works in two of the bedrooms.

Great place to stay if in Rome. Close to most attraction and with the underground station only 150 meters away easy to get to those a bit further away. It was very clean and tidy and Lucca was a great host, even had Prosecco available to buy at a good price. Would stay there again when next in Rome.

Luca was amazing and a wonderful host. The apartment was bright and wonderful to come back to and it had Netflix on each of the 3 Tvs in the apartment.
The area has lots of amenities such as a supermarket and pizza places and links to transport, a nearby tram brings you to St. Peters, there are good bus links and the metro is nearby.
Luca arranged transport back to the airport which was actually a brilliant idea.
The water pressure in the bathroom was poor but others have said this before. The dryer wasn't working but there was a clothes horse which worked well.
There are no dishcloths to dry dishes with. These are minor things though, overall the apartment was brilliant.
