Breakfast was around 8:00 am in the morning, which worked very well for me, because I was ready to go to Rome historical sites after 9:00 am. Giovanni and Stefania are the hosts. They are very nice people. Both speak English. Giovanni was making scrambled eggs, sandwiches and coffee every morning for breakfast. Cereals with milk, fruits, cake were also available. Breakfast was suffficient to fill your stomach for 2-3 hours, before you want to eat again.
Room has good space, toilet, sink and shower function very well. I had no issues.
Local bus number 90 stops close to hotel, 5 minutes walking from hotel, which is located in a nice and safe neighbourhood called Monte Sacro. Depending on traffic, it takes 20-25 minutes to get to Roma Termini train station by bus number 90.
The hotel has 3 rooms and a loft at at first floor. Breakfast room is inside, and small garden with tables are outside.
Overall I was very satisfied with hotel location, accomodations and breakfast.
I will consider staying at this hotel in my future trips to Rome.
