We've stayed previously at this hotel. A 5 minute walk to the nearest tram station. You're in Istanbul but also a little away from all crowds in the packed tourist areas. The staff are all very polite & helpful. At breakfast Hasan, Lara & Omer (who remembered us from our stay there 2 years ago) were always very helpful & made us feel at "home" & the quality & range is excellent & delicious. Sirin the lady from housekeeping also made sure that our room was always pristine. Very good value for money & we'll stay there again on our next visit to Istanbul.
Nothing comes to mind.

It smelled so nice in all public spaces! Tidy and clean, modern.
The water force in the shower was not strong enough to enjoy it.

The staff and service just exceptional
Movenpick didn’t have a pool and their summers are extremely hot

Staff was not helpful, rude, heating in room was not working, addressed the issue with staff but they did not give importance, told them at check out but looked like they didn’t care.
