Great location near the Galata Tower. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very quiet despite being in a busy area. It was nice to have a hot water kettle in the room.
There were not enough hooks for hanging things. While the breakfast was good, the breakfast room in the basement was a little cramped. The water pressure was a little weak in the 3rd floor bathrooms. Istanbul experienced its heaviest rain and flooding in 85 years while we were there. I can't blame the hotel because water and power were impacted across the city but we did not have water in the room for most of a day.

Very good breakfast.
Cleanliness and daily changing of bed linen.
Very polite staff.
The location was good if we exclude the uphill sections.

Easy access in the middle of everything.
The view if my room to the parking garage opposite. But on the other hand it was very quiet compared to the surrounding streets.

Superb location, near Galata Tower, lots of restaurants, bars, shops, but not too touristy. Walked to all the tourist sights. Lovely views over the Golden Horn and great sunsets from various view points. The staff was lovely, from the moment we got there (Hi Mehmet!), to the breakfast team, to the cleaning team. The room was lovely, very comfortable and spacious, great shower.
I can't think of anything much. The wifi was overly compllicated and required you to sign in again every time you left the building or went down to breakfast, a minor annoyance.
