Location was great!
We booked the suit and did not expect the basement. I should have read the reviews carefully

Location was good
Small patio area dirty , weh had expected a view but sadly we were below ground level and could see nothing.
The advert showed an outside view..

The location is excellent. It is very central and the area has a great atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious. I had everything I needed for a great stay.

Location is great if you want to be right in the middle of Galata. Staff was friendly. There was an elevator in the building which helped because we were on 3rd floor.
The level of cleanliness was poor! We could stomach the not so comfy bed and pillows but the dirt was too much. There was dust on the kettle, around plugs, on bins, on the wall and it looked like they hadn’t swept under the bed in 5 years - we even found socks from previous guests under the bed, yuck! Walls with marks that I’m sure could be cleaned if the cleaner had some attention to detail.
The shower was also super slippery because it has those glossy tiles on the floor. Apart from that, the shower glass was dirty. Toilet dirty. It was just not properly cleaned man and it was just not pleasant.
