Staff is nice, and helpful.
We enjoyed the view from the rooftop and chatting to other visitors there.
The facilities need some upgrading; the washroom on the 3rd floor smelled very bad even after the cleaning staff cleaned it. Probably the water pipes, or the sewer system needs some repair.
A smaller issue; someone took our food from the kitchen a couple of times. They were inexpensive bakery items, but it's rather disappointing, when you want to have breakfast, and your food is gone.

The host was very helpful and arranged our transfer to the airport seamlessly. Excellent local cuisine within walking distance.
Traffic noise until 10 pm but ear plugs were provided if you go to bed early which was nice.

Close to public transit
Bed was hard and shared bathroom was often out of toilet paper despite asking staff to stock more
