Overall it was good if you exclude above said issues.

Apartment and location is good and also the staff is very cooperative. Even they agreed for little early check in and late check out. Overall good experience.

I felt issues with the facilities like microwave (not present), induction stove didn’t worked fine was taking too much time for cooking, o dish washer and the water flow within the kitchen sink or bathroom are very very slow. They haven’t fixed the issue yet. I felt it’s very annoying as it wasted lot of time to complete our bath and also preparing food and also washing vessels. If they fix these it will be very good for stay. Overall I can say average to good because of above said reasons.

A great place to see the best of the city quickly.

A stunning view of the city at the sunrise and sunset with planes rising and landing, recent renovation in the apartment, and a responsive and amicable host. A marble staircase and tiny elevators make it really special. The kitchen had everything for cooking. All the metro lines and shops are nearby. The apartment is quite spacious.

A weaker water pressure because of the top floor, a boiler that takes time to heat the water. On some days, the planes were noisy at night.

The place is good, but the comfort is not very good

Excellent location in the heart of Lisbon — very close to the metro, which gives you freedom to move around the city. The Continente supermarket is conveniently located nearby, making it easy to shop. The airport is accessible by a direct metro line. We were able to walk to the Taxo river through the entire historic city center — simply an ideal location for exploring Lisbon. The studio is overall clean and well-equipped, and the hosts are responsive people.

Unfortunately, there are serious problems that significantly affect comfort. The main issue is very weak water pressure. This is not just inconvenient; it makes simultaneous water use in different areas impossible. While one person is taking a shower, no one else can turn on the water anywhere else in the apartment. The hosts honestly warned us about a planned water outage one morning and promised the pressure would improve afterward, but nothing changed — the problem persisted. The second serious problem is frequent electrical outages. Circuit breakers trip very often: turn on the air conditioner + electric heater in the bathroom + turn on the electric stove — and the circuit breaker immediately cuts off. This happened several times a day. This is very frustrating and significantly reduces comfort levels. Street parking is also quite problematic — it's not always possible to find a spot near the building. Due to the February rains, we couldn't fully enjoy the terrace, but that's more the fault of the weather than the apartment itself. Home Out Saldanha has an excellent location in the heart of Lisbon and good functionality on paper, but technical problems with water pressure and electricity significantly reduce comfort levels. The apartment would be ideal for staying in the city if not for these two critical issues. If the owners solve these problems — increase water pressure and improve the electrical system — this place would become an excellent choice for a vacation in central Lisbon.

Ons verblijf was geweldig! De locatie is top, het ligt op een rustig plekje tussen het vliegveld en het centrum in. De host was erg behulpzaam en reageerde snel op vragen. Ook het balkon was heel fijn, perfect om s'avonds wat te drinken met mooi uitzicht.
