Sleeps 5 comfortably and was affordable. Appliance problem that was not resolved by end of stay. Nest thermostat continued to raise temp and we would wake up sweating and have to continually get up to lower it. Balcony door whistled with any wind, there were multiple wedges in it to try and seal it. Front door did not shut properly. Hall bathroom did not lock, both bathroom toilets ran all the time. Fridge is too large and oven could not fully open.

The condo was good. Not much cooking pans there. My biggest complaint is the three elevators. Total nightmare. Standing there you would watch it pass your floor and not open. Then several times only one was working. Waiting 20 to 30 minutes for one to stop. These need immediate attention to have all working for a condo with more than twenty floors during summer months.

Always a great stay, beautiful view on west side of PCB convenient to anywhere but also less busy. Host has always been quick to respond and ensures your stay is the best possible.
6 / 10Average·Jun 2026
The building is a good location for having space in beach. The elevators was bad situation only 2 working for a 23 story building. The grounds and pool areas were great. The condo itself is in real need of updating and deep cleaning. Maintenance is a must the toilets didn't want to flush properly , the freezer door handle is really loose , the laundry room door one of the hinges are coming out, and the bed in the master bedroom is horrible .
