I like the lady in reception. She was very kind.

The worst think was that we don’t have hot water. The hotel was not what I expected. They have to change the photos with real ones. It was dirty , old and overused.

Location is only few minutes from the other interest points around the center, the room was clean and with enough space for 1-2 persons.

The stuff Behavior was exemplary and the beds quality was good.

There was only one electricity plug in the room by the bed. There was a desk where someone could put a laptop to work with but there was no plug so as you could put the cord of the device. The WiFi network of the time at least The signal was very weak. . In addition, the hot water from the shower taps took too long and its maximum temperature was just lukewarm.

It's a good hotel in the middle of the noisy city. If you are a sensitive person to the noise then it's not for you. The location is good to get anywhere you need. The room was cleaned every day. The stuff is very open to help and I've got a lot of great ideas to visit in the city.

The pictures on the website of the room is not that what you get, but if you negotiate well and open for an upgrade then there is nothing to complain about :). They are open for your ideas.

It's very close to the subway and to the center of the city, it was very comfortable and clean. The staff from the reception was very friendly, very helpful, they made extra efforts to find me a taxi. Thank you so much for making my staying very enjoyable ans successful.

Quite a lot of traffic noise at night would be a problem for light sleepers but nothing a couple of Ouzo's would not sort.

This is a good budget hotel for an overnight stay. If you just need a good place to spend a night and do not have too many expectations, this is a good hotel!

This is not a 5-star, or 4-star hotel and it is reflected in the price. Thus you get a good deal for the money you pay, but not more. I spent only a few hours to sleep because just had a short while before my flight. Otherwise maybe I would enjoy it more.

The romms towards the main road were very loud the whole night, which made us hard to fall asleep. But the staff was very nice，They gave us a room in the opposite direction, even the room was a little bit smaller.

I planned to stay 2 nights at Ares Athens hotel, but ended up staying for 7 nights! I immediately felt home and safe in this hotel, because of the 24 hour reception. Nikos, who was there almost 24/7, is very friendly and helpful. Although they don't advertise breakfast, there is a small area where you can have tea or coffee and a chocolate croissant every morning as a service. I stayed in a frontside room at the 4th floor. Windows isolate sound pretty good for a good night's rest. Omonia metrostation is around the block and very close by. If you want to go to the touristic city center, I recommend to take a metro from here to Monastiraki (1 stop) and you are right in the middle of shops, restaurants and sight seeing starting points. For solo (female) travellers it is best to take the metro to avoid having to walk the shady streets in the area. During the day it's ok, but in the evening and at night, avoid the smaller streets. Location of the hotel is safe as it is on a main street.
