The apartment was very clean

The location is not so good, our apartment has a view on the railway.

Clean and well equipped apartment. Great communication from the host. Prompt addressing of the issues (hot water disruption etc.)

It was probably my fault not to read the booking confirmation email but I felt a bit misled by the title B&B (which stands for Bed & Breakfast) and the property’s high breakfast rating but when I queried about breakfast the following day, I was advised that breakfast was not included anymore since the Covid outbreak 2 years ago. The location also felt a bit dodgy (to us) and is quite far from the centre of Naples. You could walk to the closest Metro station (10 minutes) and then it’s another half an hour train ride to the centre. You may wish to book a place much closer to the centre as there’s nothing interesting in the accommodation vicinity, specially if you are traveling with kids. But if the above is not an issue for you, the apartment is clean and very well equipped.

District and surrounding. I got a worming from the taxi driver that is not a good/ save district. Also I could not order taxi via Uber as they had not been picking up the order

we booked for four and only one extra bed was ready. The place looked bigger on the pictures.

We booked a deluxe apartment for 5 people. In the booking they wrote that it was a 120 sqm apartment with 3 bedrooms. In fact 2 rooms were locked. We were crammed into one small room where there was a double bed, a single bed and a 1.5 bed on which 2 people had to be crammed. We contacted the host and he offered to open another room for a fee, but we originally paid for 3 rooms, so this is an "unfair game"
